Refund policy

We are so confident that you will love your new track spikes that we stand by your order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

If 30 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

If you ordered an incorrect size item you can request an exchange in another size. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange you will be liable for the shipping costs on the item back to us and we will send you the correct sized item back to you for free. Please see our sizing charts on each product page to avoid this. If you're shipping an item to return or exchange we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking.

All orders on sale items are final. A no refund or exchange policy applies to sales items.

If you received the wrong or a defective item please email us support@trackspikes.co with photos to verify. We will then send you a new product as soon as possible.
